Orco Property Group – Admission of 18,361,540 shares issued on May 14, 2012 to trading on the Prague Stock Exchange

Further to its press releases of July 19 and 26, 2012, Orco Property Group announces that the 18,361,540 shares issued on May 14, 2012 will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange on August 3, 2012.

The procedure for admission to trading of these shares on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange is pending.
