Admission of 64,577,483 shares issued on 3 September 2012 to trading on the Prague Stock Exchange

Further to its press release of 4 September 2012, Orco Property Group ("OPG") announces that 64,577,483 new ordinary shares registered under ISIN code LU0122624777 (the "New Shares") issued on 3 September 2012 will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange on 10 September 2012.

The procedure for admission to trading of the New Shares on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange is pending.
