Orco Property Group – Major Shareholding Notification

Prague, 10 February 2014

Orco Property Group S.A. ("OPG") has been notified on 7 February 2014 by Crestline Ventures Corp. ("Crestline") that on 3 February 2014 its shareholding in OPG decreased below the 5% threshold as a consequence of the disposal of all its 9,000,000 OPG shares to an affiliated entity Gamala Limited ("Gamala"). Concurrently, OPG has been notified on 7 February 2014 by Gamala that on 3 February 2014 it acquired 9,000,000 OPG shares from Crestline and its shareholding in OPG increased above 25%. As of 3 February 2014 Gamala holds and controls a total of 35,177,765 OPG shares, representing 30.72% of OPG's total share capital and voting rights. Crestline and Gamala are closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vítek.
