Orco Property Group – Major Shareholding Notification

Prague, 10 April 2014

Orco Property Group S.A. ("OPG") has been notified on 9 April 2014 by Kingstown Capital, acting as manager for and on behalf of (i) Ktown, LP, (ii) Kingstown Partners Master Ltd, and (iii) Kingstown Partner II, LP (collectively "Kingstown") that on 13 March 2014 their shareholding in OPG decreased below the 10% threshold.

As of 13 March 2014 Kingstown held and controlled a total of 11,250,000 OPG shares, representing 9.82% of OPG's total share capital and voting rights.

OPG has been further notified on 10 April 2014 by Kingstown that on 10 April 2014 their shareholding in OPG decreased below the 5% threshold.

As of 10 April 2014 Kingstown holds and controls share capital and voting rights in OPG in the amount below minimum notification threshold.
