ORCO PROPERTY GROUP – Major Shareholding Notification

Luxembourg, 4 December 2014

ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") has been notified about the major shareholding notification in relation to its capital increase of 10 November 2014.

On 3 December 2014 Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund II L.P., notified the Company that it crossed 10% and 5% thresholds in Company's shareholding as a consequence of an event changing the breakdown of voting rights on 10 November 2014. As of 10 November 2014 Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund II L.P. directly held 12,544,292 Company shares, representing 3.99% of the voting rights of the Company.
