Orco Property Group Major shareholding notification

Orco Property Group S.A. ("OPG") has been notified on 22 November 2012 by UBS AG that its shareholding in OPG has decreased below the 2.5% threshold on 19 November 2012. UBS AG previously held 5,320,998 OPG shares representing 4.93 percent of OPG's issued share capital and voting rights. 2.5% threshold declaration is made in accordance with OPG's articles of association.
