Announcement of Orco Property Group Major shareholding notification

Paris, March 30th 2010 -- By letter dated March 24, 2010, the company received an official notification from:

• Millenius Investments S.A., a société anonyme incorporated under Luxembourg law, with registered office at L-1130 Luxembourg, 37, rue d'Anvers, registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B 149.601 and whose economic beneficiary is Mr. Gaël Paclot (hereinafter referred to as "Millenius");
• Clannathone Stern S.A., a société anonyme incorporated under Belgium law, with registered office at B-1000 Bruxelles, 11, rue des Colonies, registered under number 0867341435 and whose economic beneficiary is Mr. Eric Cleton (hereinafter referred to as "Clannathone"); and
• Bugle Investments Ltd., an international business company incorporated under the Seychelles International Business Companies Act, 1994 (acte 24 of 1994) with registered office at Suite 13, First Floor, Oliaji Trade center, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Mahe, Republic of Seychelles and whose economic beneficiary is Mr. Marc Cattelani (hereinafter referred to as "Bugle"),

according to which:

• Millenius holds directly 847,800 company's shares entitling to 7,744% of the total voting rights in the company;
• Clannathone holds directly 227,800 company's shares entitling to 2,07% of the total voting rights in the company;
• Bugle holds directly 30,800 company's shares entitling to 0,74% of the total voting rights in the company; and

Millenius, Clannathone and Bugle acting in concert hold 1,104,600 company's shares, entitling to 10.09% of the total voting rights in the company.
