Paris, March 24th 2010 -- By letter dated March 19, 2010, Millenius Investments S.A., a société anonyme (public limited company) registered in Luxemburg, informed Orco Property Group S.A. that on March 16, 2010, it increased its shareholding thereby exceeding 5% of Orco Property Group S.A's voting rights and now holds 847,600 voting rights in Orco Property Group S.A, representing 7.744% of Orco Property Group S.A's total voting rights.
