CPI FIM SA - Intragroup Transactions

CPI FIM SA announces agreements concerning the acquisition of 80% stakes in each of the following Czech companies holding primarily landbank in the Czech Republic: Bubny Development, s.r.o., MQM Czech, a.s., Polygon BC, a.s., STRM Alfa, s.r.o., and Vysočany Office, a.s. (the "Czech Companies").

Prior to the transaction, CPI FIM SA held 20% stakes in each of the Czech Companies and already consolidated them. Now, CPI FIM SA becomes 100% shareholder of the Czech Companies.

Both CPI FIM SA and the seller, GSG Europa Beteiligungs GmbH, are fully consolidated by CPI PROPERTY GROUP. The disposal price for this intragroup transaction is based on the IFRS NAV value of the Czech Companies.
