Orco Property Group – Trading in Paris and Prague resumed.

Trading of Orco Property Group (the "Company") securities listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris, including the Company's shares (ISIN: LU0122624777), has resumed after a one day halt.

The suspended listing of the Company's bond issue ORCO VAR/11, ISIN CZ0000000195 (the "Bonds") on the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange (the "PSE"), which caused the suspended trading of the Company's securities listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris, has been also lifted and the Bonds will be traded again on the PSE as of 2 February 2011.
