ORCO PROPERTY GROUP announces the death of its Board Member Guy Wallier

ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company" or "OPG") announces with sadness that its respected Board member, Mr. Guy Wallier passed away at the age of 79. Mr. Wallier, French national and a former banker was a member of OPG's Board since the Company's creation. Recently he was also a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee.

Mr. Jiri Dedera, Company's CEO and Managing Director stated: "We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of Mr. Wallier, who was the longest serving member of OPG's Board of Directors. On behalf of the whole Company we extend condolences to his family."
