ORCO PROPERTY GROUP – Appointment of new CFO

Luxembourg, 15 December 2014

ORCO PROPERTY GROUP announces the appointment of Mr. Erik Morgenstern as a new Chief Financial Officer as of today.

Mr. Morgenstern has over 10 years of experience in various finance positions in the real estate sector, including Director of Accounting and IFRS and CFO. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Morgenstern worked for CPI PROPERTY GROUP. He graduated from the University of Economics Prague, Czech Republic.

Mr. Morgenstern will be reporting to the CEO, Mr. Jiri Dedera and the Board of Directors.
