Successful closing of the acquisition of SiliCycle
The CPH Group has completed its acquisition of the SiliCycle company of Canada. In doing so, the Group is pursuing its global expansion strategy.
Perlen, 16 July 2025 – The acquisition announced on 1 July 2025 of all substantial assets of SiliCycle by Zeochem, the Chemistry Division of the CPH Group, was concluded yesterday evening within the timeframe envisaged with the formal closing of the purchase transaction. SiliCycle will be assimilated into Zeochem.
With its purchase of SiliCycle of Canada, the CPH Group is expanding its product portfolio in the field of derivatized chromatography gels and further strengthening its position in markets with above-average growth prospects. The CPH Group is now active at 15 locations around the world.
