ln accordance with Articles 69.1.21 of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the lntroduction of Financial lnstruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A., a cooperative, organised under the laws of the Netherlands, having its statutory seat in Amsterdam and its registered office and business address at Herikerbergweg 238, 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number al 34292455, hereby notifies that on August Sth, 2O2t the sale of CPD shares was settled as a result of the tender offer and Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A., sold 2,239,705 shares of CPD S.A. ("the Company"), crossing the threshold of L0% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company - from 16.58% to 8.09%.

Before the sale of the Company's shares Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A controlled 4,313,30g sharesof CPDSA(16.58%of thesharecapitalof theCompany), representing 4,373,309 votesatthe General Meeting of the Company (16.58% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

After the sale of the Company's shares Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. controls 2,1,33,604 shares of CPD SA (8.09% of the share capital of the Company), representing 2,L33,604 votes atthe General Meeting of the Company (8.09% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

There are no subsidiaries of Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. holding CPD SA shares.

ln the case of Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. there are no persons referred to in Art. 87.1 point ³ letter c of the Act on Public Offering.

Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A., has no financial instruments mentioned in Art. 69.4.7)-8) of the Act on Public Offering.

The total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company, indicated on the basis of items 3), 7) and 8) of Art. 69.4 and its percentage share in the totaI number of votes is respectively: 2,1,33,604 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, 8.09%.
