In accordance with Articles 69.1.2) and 69.2.1)b) of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A., a cooperative society organised and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, having it's registered office at Herikerbergweg 238, Luna ArenA, 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands hereby notifies that it received information (current report of CPD S.A. no. 27/2014) on sale on June 20th, 2018 of 3,558,778 shares of CPD S.A. ("the Company") to the benefit of CPD. S.A. as a result of acceptance by the Company an offer submitted by Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. in response for announced on May 29, 2018, the Invitation to Submit Proposals for Sales of Shares of the Company..

Before sale of shares to the benefit of the Company, Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. controlled 11,830,907 shares of CPD SA (30.06% of the share capital of the Company), representing 11,830,907 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (30,06% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

After sale of shares to the benefit of the Company, Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A controls 7,847,981 shares of CPD SA (19.94% of the share capital of the Company), representing 7,847,981 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (19.94% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

There are no subsidiaries of Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. holding CPD SA shares.
