In accordance with Articles 69.1.2) and 69.2.1)b) of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Furseka Trading and Investments Limited, a company organised and existing under the laws of Cyprus, having its registered office at 3 Thasou Street, Dadlaw House, 1520 Nicosia, Cyprus, company number HE 314364, hereby notifies that it received information on sale on June 20th, 2018 of 2,165,957 shares of CPD S.A. ("the Company") to the benefit of CPD. S.A. as a result of acceptance by the Company an offer submitted by Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. in response for announced on May 29, 2018, the Invitation to Submit Proposals for Sales of Shares of the Company.

Before sale of shares to the benefit of the Company Furseka Trading and Investments Limited controlled (7,202,156 shares of CPD SA (18.30% of the share capital of the Company), representing 7,202,156 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (18.30% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

After sale of shares to the benefit of the Company Furseka Trading and Investments Limited controls 4,776,467 shares of CPD SA (12.14% of the share capital of the Company), representing 4,776,467 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (12.14% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

There are no subsidiaries of Furseka Trading and Investments Limited holding CPD SA shares.
