Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on 28 June ²⁰²¹

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28 June, 2021, at its Registered Office CP Tower-1, IPIA, Road No.1, Kota, Rajasthan 324005 to consider various items inter alia:

• 1. to consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results (Statement) for the year ended 31st March, 2021. 2. to consider and take on record the Auditors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2021;
• 1. any other item with the permission of the chairman

The Board Meeting shall be preceded by-Audit Committee Meeting and other committees on the same day.

Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with our earlier communication to you dated 31/03/2021 it was intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons shall remain closed from 1" April, 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the year ended 31" March, 2021. Accordingly, you may note that the trading window shall remain closed until Wednesday, 30" J une, 2021 and shall reopen on, Thursday, 1* July, 2021.
