Foncière des Régions has signed an agreement related to the contribution in kind from different funds managed by BMO Global Asset Management of 1% of the capital of Foncière des Murs remunerated by the issuance of Foncière des Régions new ordinary shares.
This contribution in kind will be realized in the same terms and conditions as the one agreed with Assurances Crédit Mutuel Vie and related to 3.3% of the capital of Foncière des Murs, e.g. 1 Foncière des Régions new ordinary share to be issued for 3 Foncière des Murs shares for, both being ex-dividend 2015.
Both of those contributions will be realised after the Foncière des Régions Annual General Meeting, taking place on April 27th, 2016.
Foncière des Régions, which will own 47.5% of the capital of Foncière des Murs, will fill a public exchange offer that will offer the same conditions to all Foncière des Murs shareholders, as specified in the Foncière des Régions' press release of 18 February 2016.
