Foncière des Régions further strengthens its capital by €200 million following the exercised of circa all the equity warrants outstanding
Foncière des Régions has further strengthened its capital by €199,7 million to 98.8% of the equity warrants (FR0010827378) being exercised, whose subscription period has started on 1 January 2010 and ending December 31, 2010.
In December 2009, Foncière des Régions had freelyawarded these equity warrants to Foncière des Régions shareholders (1 equity warrant for each Foncière des Régions share). This allocation had accompanied the acquisition of a portfolio of five buildings owned by Groupama and Prédica and paid for with new Foncière des Régions shares.
Accordingly, 3,106,584 new shares were created after the operation bringing the total number of shares outstanding at 54 924 973.
