Changing resources allocated to the liquidity contract reporting (Managed by Exane BNP Paribas)

Under the terms of the liquidity contract entrusted by society FONCIÈRE DES RÉGIONS at Exane BNP Paribas, the following assets were removed from the liquidity agreement dated April 10, 2015

• 2,000 shares Foncière des Régions

the last biannual balance sheet at 31 December 2014 the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:

• 34,501 shares Foncière des Régions

• €6,294,703 €
