Foncière des Régions S.A. supports the issuance of equity linked bonds convertible into new Beni Stabili ordinary shares

We refer to the press release of Beni Stabili S.p.A. (the "Company") published today, announcing the issuance of equity linked bonds (the "Bonds"). Foncière des Régions S.A., majority shareholder of the Company, informs that it supports the issuance of the Bonds and, therefore, it intends to vote in favour of the share capital increase with the exclusion of the pre-emptive rights, to be resolved at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting of the Company, as required to make the Bonds convertible into new Beni Stabili ordinary shares.

Con riferimento al comunicato stampa di Beni Stabili S.p.A. (la "Società"), pubblicato in data odierna per annunciare l'emissione di obbligazioni equity linked (le "Obbligazioni"), Foncière des Régions S.A., azionista di maggioranza della Società, comunica il proprio sostegno all'emissione delle Obbligazioni, e, pertanto, che , intende votare a favore dell'aumento di capitale con esclusione del diritto di opzione in occasione della prossima Assemblea straordinaria della Società, come richiesto affinché le obbligazioni divengano convertibili in nuove azioni ordinarie di Beni Stabili.
