Foncière des Régions has successfully priced a € 500 million 7-year bond issue

Foncière des Régions has successfully priced a € 500 million bond issue, maturing in September 2021, offering a 1.75% coupon (margin of 105 bps above the swap rate).

This issue will enable Foncière des Régions to pursue its strategy of financing diversification, reduction of the cost of its debt and extension of its maturity.

Application will be made to Euronext Paris S.A. for the Notes to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris and to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers for approval of the prospectus. Settlement and admission to trading on Euronext Paris of the Notes should occur on 10 September 2014.
