Two new directors at Foncière des Régions
The General Shareholders' Meeting of Foncière des Régions has appointed two new directors to its Board of Directors: Micaela Le Divelec and Christophe Kullmann.
Micaela Le Divelec is Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Gucci, a subsidiary of the PPR Group. She is notably responsible for finance, legal affairs and human resources. Her appointment will supplement and strengthen the financial expertise of the Board of Directors.
Christophe Kullmann is Chief Executive Officer of Foncière des Régions. He has been a key figure in the development of Foncière des Régions, which he has led since the company was founded in 2001. His appointment as a director will mean he is even more directly involved in the Company's strategy.
Following these two appointments, 17% of the Board of Directors are women (2 of the 12 directors are female) and 42% of the Board members are independent directors.
Jean Laurent, Chairman of the Board of Directors, comments: "Foncière des Régions is strengthening its choice of governance, with a strong presence of independent directors and leading professionals from the world of real estate and finance."
