des Murs issues ^a Ä255-million secured bond

FonciËre des Murs, ^a subsidiary of FonciËre des RÈgions, issued, for the first time, ^a Ä255 million secured bond. This bond is secured by hotel assets rented by Accor.

This bond matures in 7 years and offers a set coupon of 3.682%.

This issue, listed on Euronext Paris and arranged by HSBC France, allows FonciËre des Murs to pursue its strategy of diversifying its financing sources and extending the maturity of its debt. This new financing takes the total amount of FonciËre des Murs debt refinanced since the

beginning of ²⁰¹² to Ä520 million.
