Completion of the acquisition of Steelmasters

Coventry Group Ltd (ASX: CYG) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Steel Masters Auckland Limited (“Steelmasters Group”) in accordance with the agreement to acquire all of the shares.

Coventry Group Managing Director and CEO, Robert Bulluss, said:
