Acquisition of Multipro IT

Coventry Group Ltd (CGL) (ASX code: CYG) through its wholly owned subsidiary Managed System Services Pty Ltd (MSS) announces its acquisition of the business of Multiprogramming Pty Ltd (Multipro IT) with effect from 1 February 2013.

West Perth based Multipro IT has, for over 20 years, provided IT managed services to organizations in both cities and remote areas.

This acquisition will enhance the services and capabilities of both businesses, enabling them to provide a full suite of IT services and solutions.

Mark Jackson, General Manager of Multipro IT, will continue with the business and stated that the focus will be more on continually improving customer service and support.

Mark Ridley, MSS General Manager and Chief Information Officer of CGL, stated that Multipro IT complements MSS while adding to their capabilities to enhance service offerings and service levels.

MSS was established in October 2011 to provide computer solutions to third parties. The acquisition of Multipro IT compliments MSS’s strategy of growing its capability within the WA market.
