APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Coventry Group Limited (ASX code: CYG) today announced the appointment of Mr James Todd as a NonExecutive Director of the Company effective 3 September 2018.
The Board will then comprise three Non-Executive Directors and the Managing Director.
Chairman Mr Neil Cathie said, “The Board welcomes the appointment of Mr Todd, who has a strong background in financial management, business building and executive management. He will also serve as Chairman of the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee.”
Mr Todd is an experienced company director, corporate adviser and investor. He commenced his career in investment banking and has taken active roles in a range of private and public companies. He was until recently Managing Director of Wolseley Private Equity, an independent private equity firm he co-founded in 1999.
Mr Todd is currently a Non-Executive Director of two other ASX listed companies, IVE Group Limited and HRL Holdings Limited.
Mr Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), where he is a Fellow. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
