Change of Company Secretary

The Board of Coventry Group Limited (ASX: CYG) (the Company) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Mark Licciardo and Ms Lisa Deramond of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons) have been appointed Joint Company Secretaries of CYG following the resignation of Ms Angela Donaldson from this position. These changes take effect from 11 September 2018.
