BOARD CHANGES

Coventry Group Ltd (ASX code: CYG) announces the following Board changes:

Chief Executive Officer, Mr Robert Bulluss, will join the Board as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Since his appointment to the role of Chief Executive Officer on 3 May 2017 Mr Bulluss has made a significant impact on the Company through a number of corporate and operational initiatives. The key terms of his employment have not altered.

Non-executive Director, Mr Nick Willis has decided not to stand for re-election at the 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Company and will resign from the Board on 31 August 2017. Mr Willis has served as an independent non-executive Director since 2014 and the Board thanks him for his contribution.

Following recent changes to the Board, a review of its composition is being undertaken with the assistance of external advisors.
