Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Coventry Group wishes to advise that its Chief Financial Officer, Mr Joe Nicolazzo, has tendered his resignation and will leave Coventry in early December to pursue other opportunities.

An executive search program has commenced to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.

Coventry Group would like to thank Joe for his contribution to the company.
