MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Coventry Group Ltd (ASX code: CYG) has appointed Peter Caughey as Managing Director of the Company with effect from today following handover of management responsibilities from Roger Flynn on 1 January 2015.
Roger Flynn has resigned from the Board effective 1 January 2015 and Neil Cathie has succeeded Mr Flynn as Chairman of the Board.
