APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Coventry Group Ltd (ASX code: CYG) today announces the appointment of Ms Vicky Papachristos as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

An extensive search was conducted including the use of independent search and corporate advisors. This appointment returns the board to its maximum complement of five following Mr Barry Nazer’s retirement on 31 March 2015.

Chairman Mr Neil Cathie said, “The Board welcomes the appointment of Ms Papachristos, an experienced Non-Executive director with a strong sales and marketing background. We were underweight in this skillset at Board level and look forward to her contribution. She will also serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee.”

Ms Papachristos is currently a Non-Executive director of GMHBA Private Health Insurance and EFTPOS Payments Australia Limited and Chair of Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort.

Ms Papachristos holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM University of NSW and Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from Monash University. Her executive career included roles with Coles Myer, Sydney Olympics, Westpac and Shell.
