GROUP GENERAL MANAGER-AUTOMOTIVE

Following the release to the market on 23 August 2005, Coventry Group Ltd (CGL) announces that Mr Don Beisley will not be commencing in the position of Group General Manager Automotive. Mr Beisley cited personal reasons for withdrawing from the appointment.

Mr Beisley will join CGL in a project capacity to assist in further developing the automotive division's central support group.

The Chief Executive Officer, Mr Chris Glenn, will continue in the acting GM Automotive role while recruitment for a permanent appointment is undertaken.
