2020 Annual General Meeting date change

Coventry Group Ltd (ASX:CYG) (“the Company”) in its Annual Report lodged on 21 August 2020 advised the Company’s Annual General Meeting would be held on Friday, 23 October 2020.

Following the announcement by the State Government declaring 23 October 2020 a public holiday in Victoria, the Company has now re-scheduled the meeting to Thursday, 29 October 2020 at 10:00am (Melbourne time).

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution and Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing time and date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of CYG is 10:00am (Melbourne time) on Monday, 14 September 2020.
