As a res u lt, the tota l number of shares of all classes of s tock whic h the Comp a ny has aut h ority to issue is 150,000,000 shares, c onsisting o f 50,000,000 shares of c ommon st o ck having a par value of US$0.001 p er share a n d 100,000,0 0 0 shares o f preferred stock havi n g a par val u e of US$0.00 1 per share, and to be issued in such series a n d to have s uch rights, preference s , and designat i on as deter m ined by the board of d irectors of t h e Compan y .
