The Chairman of Countplus, Mr Barry Lambert announced that Ms Caress Andrews has today chosen to offer her resignation as Company Secretary of Countplus and its related bodies corporate and associated entities. The Board has accepted her notice of resignation. The Board has appointed Ms Arlette Jubian to assume the role of Company Secretary of Countplus effective immediately.
Arlette Jubian is also the Group Financial Controller for Countplus.
Arlette has a Masters degree from the University of Sydney, majoring in accounting and finance. Arlette is also a Certified Practicing Accountant and an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Arlette has 16 years of experience in the commercial accounting field, having worked in professional services, construction (architecture), technology and financial services industries for both local and global businesses.
