Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 10, 2022, Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) (“Coty” or the “Company”) announced that it has entered into agreements with several bank counterparties to start hedging a planned $200 million share buyback program in calendar 2024. A copy of the press release announcing these transactions is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
