On January 5, 2021, Coty Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Coty”), issued a press release announcing the completion of the previously disclosed entry into a strategic transaction by Coty and Kim Kardashian West to further develop Kim Kardashian West’s business globally. A copy of the press release issued by Coty on January 5, 2021 announcing the completion of the transaction is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
