The Company received notification on 30 June 2016 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"):

On 30 June 2016, Dr Paul Golby, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 317.44p per share. The transaction was carried out in London.
