Costain has been informed that, with effect from 1 September 2017, Andrew Wyllie, Chief Executive of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Yorkshire Water Services Limited.

Andrew stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Water in April.
