Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting and

Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 08 May 2013 at 11am in The More Suite, 2nd Floor, Dexter House, No 2 Royal Mint Court, Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4QN (the "2013 Annual General Meeting").

The notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting (the "2013 AGM Notice") together with the form of proxy, and (in respect of those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies) the Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 (the "2012 Annual Report"), will be posted to shareholders today.

Copies of the 2013 AGM Notice and 2012 Annual Report will also be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscot.com/nsm.do.
