5. Dividends

An interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2023 of $0.01 (2022: $0.0092) per ordinary share was paid 12 May 2023 with record date 12 April 2023. A final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2022 of $0.01 (2021: $0.01) per ordinary share was paid 7 November 2022 with record date 10 October 2022. The dividends paid during the current financial year were fully franked.

The directors have declared a final dividend of $0.0146 per ordinary share at record date, payable to all ordinary shareholders for the current financial year. The dividend will be fully franked. The record date for entitlements to this dividend will be 20 October 2023 with payment on 6 November 2023.

The results for COSOL Americas Inc (previously AddOns Inc) are prepared in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards (AAS).
