AGM date and director nominations
Brisbane, 19 September 2024 – COSOL Limited (COSOL, ASX: COS) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that it will hold its 2024 annual general meeting ( AGM ) on Thursday, 14 November 2024. The AGM will be held in Brisbane, and further details about the AGM will be provided in the notice of AGM to be released to the ASX and provided to shareholders in mid-October.
In accordance with Article 6.2(f) of COSOL’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of a nominations from any person wishing to be considered for election as a director at the AGM is 26 September 2024. Any nominations must be made in accordance with COSOL’s Constitution and received by COSOL at its registered office by no later than 5.00pm AEST on Thursday, 26 September 2024.
