Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Brisbane, 21 September 2023 – COSOL Limited (COSOL, ASX: COS) (“COSOL”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 16 November 2023. A Notice of Meeting for the AGM is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to ASX and provided to Shareholders in the coming weeks.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with rule 6.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 27 September 2023. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 27 September 2023, at the Company’s Registered Office.
