ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Date of Annual General Meeting
Brisbane, 28 September 2021 – COSOL Limited ( COSOL, ASX:COS ) gives notice that its 2021 annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 18 November 2021.
In accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.13.1, COSOL advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from person wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 5pm AWST on Wednesday 29 September. Valid nominations must be received at COSOL’s registered office by no later than that date.
COSOL’s Notice of Meeting and Proxy form for the 2021 AGM will be announced to the ASX and communicated to shareholders in the coming weeks.
