Re: Resignation of the Head of the Accounts Department

Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the resignation of Mr. Irini Palesi, Head of the Company's Accounts Department, for personal reasons, effective as of 13 January 2021.

The Company wishes to warmly thank Mrs. Palesi for her valuable services and wishes her all the best both personally and professionally. The Company is taking all necessary actions to fill the above position the soonest possible.
