Change of Name to IDE Group Holdings Plc

Further to the announcements on 11 July, 1 August and 22 November 2017, CORETX Holdings Plc announces that the Company has changed its name to IDE Group Holdings Plc.

With effect from 1 December 2017 the Company's shares will trade under its new name IDE Group Holdings Plc and the Company's London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change to IDE.L.

The name change follows the Court of Appeal's decision not to permit the Company to appeal against the judgement of the UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court on 11 July 2017. The Company has accepted the Court's judgement that the CORETX brand infringed a pre-existing trademark and is therefore rebranding to the IDE Group with immediate effect. 

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights and the Board continues to believe that this will not have any impact on the operations of the Company or affect current or future years' market expectations.

The Company's new website address will be www.idegroup.com.
