Further to the announcement on 1 August 2017, the Board of CORETX Holdings plc (AIM: COR), provides an update following their request to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the judgement made on 11 July 2017 that the CORETX brand infringed a pre-existing trade mark. The request to appeal has been denied. A further hearing will take place on 4 December 2017 at the UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court at which the Court will determine the timeline for CORETX to comply with the Court Order on 31 July 2017.

The Board continues to believe that this will not have an impact on this or future years' expectations.

A further update will be made in due course.
