La agencia de calificación crediticia DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) ha confirmado en el día de hoy el rating de ACCIONA Energía de 'BBB (high)', así como su rating a corto plazo de 'R-2 (high)', ambos con tendencia 'Estable'.

Dichos ratings se sitúan dentro de la categoría de Investment Grade.

Esta comunicación de información relevante se publica en idiomas español e inglés, en caso de discrepancia entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá la versión española.

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 227 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, CORPORACIÓN ACCIONA ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.A. ("ACCIONA Energia" or the "Company") reports the following:

MATERIAL INFORMATION

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) has today confirmed ACCIONA Energia's Issuer Rating at BBB (high), as well as its Short-Term Issuer Rating at R-2 (high). All Trends are Stable.

These credit ratings are within the Investment Grade category.

This material information statement is published in Spanish and English and in case of discrepancy between both versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
