On July 1, 2013, John Reed was appointed as the Global Chief Information Officer of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (the "Company). John joins the Company from First Data where he was Senior Vice President, Global Architecture and Technology. Donovan Williams, Jr. no longer serves as the Global Chief Information Officer of the Company as of June 27, 2013.
